How to Use Your Frosti Pillow

  • Chill: Place in the freezer for 4–6 hours (minimum) for optimal cooling. (LONGER THE BETTER)
  • Set Up: Use with or without the Frosti Bamboo Pillowcase — then place over your existing pillow for layered comfort.
  • Relax: Use at bedtime or anytime for targeted relief — neck, shoulders, forehead or wherever you need it.
  • Recharge: Enjoy long-lasting cooling that helps you rest easier, recover faster and wake up refreshed.

Using Your Frosti Pillow & Pillow Case is Easy:
  1. Prepare the Pillow: Make sure your Frosti Pillow is placed in the freezer for optimal cooling. For best results, freeze it for at least 4-6 hours before use. We recommended leaving Frosti's in the freezer unless using them.
  2. Set Up for Comfort: Once chilled, place the Frosti Pillow in to your Frosti Pillow Case and simply take it to bed or seating area and place directly over your pillow. Adjust it to suit your preferred position, whether you’re lying down, resting your head, or using it for targeted relief.
  3. Experience Cold Relief: Lie back and let the cooling sensations of the Frosti Pillow soothe your muscles, reduce inflammation, and help you relax into a restful sleep. The pillow stays cool for hours, providing long-lasting comfort.

Heat Therapy Instructions

HOT THERAPY 

  1. Remove Frosti from its bag and place it in the center of microwave oven. Heat for 30 seconds on medium heat and test the temperature for comfort. If you’d like it warmer, reheat for additional 10 seconds intervals. 
  2. DO NOT heat for more than a total of 60 seconds. Your Frosti should be warm, not hot. If it is too hot, allow Frosti to cool until a comfortable temperature is reached. 
  3. DO NOT try to heat Frosti directly from Freezer to microwave, and allow it to get to room temperature first.

A CAUTION 

Please read the following instructions carefully to avoid injury.

  • Do Not Put in Microwave with inside Freezer bag. FROSTI ONLY!
  • Do not use directly on broken skin, open wounds severe swelling, or sensitive skin. 
  • When cold, do not use Frosti for more than 20 minutes at a time, which may cause frostbite. 
  • Stop the application if there are any blisters, red marks, or other unfavorable reactions to the skin caused by Frosti.
  • Apply as directed. Please consult your doctor if extended use is needed. 
  • Keep Frosti out of reach to children unless supervised.
  • If the pack tears or breaks, discard it immediately.
Care Instructions
  • Frosti Pillow: Wipe clean with a damp cloth.
  • Frosti Feet: Wipe clean with a damp cloth.
  • Bamboo for Pillow cases: Wash in cold water on a gentle cycle and air dry or tumble dry on low heat.
  • Freezing your Frosti: Before you use Frosti, freeze it for a minimum of 24-48 hours in the Frosti freezer bag your product arrived in for the best results. Once you’re done, put it back in the freezer in the bag and use as desired.

Can this be put in the washing machine?

No The Frosti's are NOT machine washable, on the Bamboo pillow case is!

To clean Frosti's, use a damp cloth and wipe and then leave to air dry.

Can we use the pillow case for normal pillows?

Unfortunately not, Our pillow cases are designed to go directly over the FROSTI

How much does the pillow case change the coldness from the FROSTI?

The pillow cases are designed to fit over the top of the pillow with the aspect that it can help take away that direct coldness to the neck! If you aren't afraid of the cold, you have nothing to worry about!
